The interview process was short and not very interesting. The interviewer was late and seemed impatient and distracted, although they were generally nice. I've had many interviews and appreciate good interviewers, and this wasn't one of them. I'm not sure if this is typical.

The interview process was AMAZING for me! A recruiter from the company reached out to me via LinkedIn and explained the details of the job and set up a phone call that day. From that point on, the interview process went just as well. Virtual interviews were set up each week and I got to know more about Brooksource and the culture. My in-person meeting was very organized and I felt very welcomed by everyone in the office. After accepting my offer, multiple people within the company reached out to congratulate me and welcome me to the team.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied through my university's career network and got an invite for an on-campus interview. I talked with Jordan Strozza, the director of their Hoboken office. It was a chill chat where he asked basic questions about my background and interests, and if I was more into recruiting or sales. A few days later, I got another invite to interview at the Hoboken office. Jordan walked me through the company's day-to-day and their business processes. Then, I chatted with three other Brooksource team members. They asked about my background, explained their roles, and encouraged questions. They also asked basic questions about likes/dislikes and my potential fit within the company. Lastly, I had a quick chat with Jordan, who then set up a phone call with a Medasource leader. I discussed my interest in an account executive role with Medasource and got an offer a few days after.
