Project Manager
Brooksource reached out in early September 2017 about an immediate opening. It's been over 6 weeks, and I've just been strung along with false promises. Brooksource's benefits are terrible, and the Recruiter and Account Manager are unhelpful with updates or basic questions. A position was supposedly set up a month ago, and I was told we were only waiting on a start date to finalize the offer. It became clear there was no job when Danielle and Trevor stopped responding to me. I'd tell job seekers and clients to avoid them; working with Brooksource is a waste of time.
- Can you share an experience of working on a project and any challenges you faced?
Project Manager
The initial screening call was fair and balanced. The client representatives understood the position and discussed where my skills matched the role, which helped in presenting me to the client. When working with a staffing firm, this first interview is important for both the contractor and the representation company to assess if the role is a good fit and to present the right person to the client.
- Please share why you believe you are a good fit for this position.
Project Manager
Horrible process, the recruiter didn't even bother to reply and ghosted me. Recruiters are being replaced by AI because so many are horrible. This was a contract role.
- What can you tell me about your previous experience as a Project Manager?
