The entire process felt excessively long, with the company seeming to try too hard to appear sophisticated and advanced through a needlessly complex setup. After getting through 5 of the 6 interview stages, I was ghosted. In one of the rounds, I spoke with a highly skilled individual, but then in the ML system design round, which was the 5th stage, I was interviewed by a junior person, which was quite odd. The HR representative had a passive-aggressive demeanor and ultimately ghosted me after asking me to hold on while they sorted things out on their end before the final, 6th round. All in all, it was a complete waste of time.

This interview process was great overall. I got to meet different people on the team in each round and really get a feel for what it's like to work there. The chats were relaxed and felt natural, not stiff, which made me feel more at ease and involved. They kept me in the loop really well at every step. I always knew where I stood, so I never felt unsure about anything. Everyone I talked to was open about their own experiences and happy to answer my questions, which made the whole thing feel friendly and upfront. All in all, it was one of the most organized and thoughtful interview experiences I've had.

I was approached by the talent acquisition personnel, and I've quite liked the job description. We had several rounds of meetings, they weren't monotonous and I learned about the company and position itself on each one of them. At the end, I was quite happy with the whole process and don't have much of negative feedback about it. However, I have a suggestion: it would be great if there was a personalized page per candidate that would show the progress of the candidate and they could see the actual state of their own. I didn't really miss it as there was rich email documentation; however, I saw that with other employers and it was reassuring to know that the process is moving on even if there wasn't actual communication done.

I was pretty excited for this job because I was referred by someone I knew and felt like a good fit for the role. The interview took longer than I expected, and there were big breaks between stages. But the people I talked to were nice and professional, which kept me motivated. I went through several rounds and made it to the fourth stage, which was a panel presentation to four people. It went fine, and later that week the recruiter called to say I was moving on to the final 'culture fit' call, so I thought an offer was coming. But after a week of not hearing anything, they told me there were actually two jobs, one in the UK and one in the US, but they only had money for one. This was the first time they mentioned budget issues. It was disappointing after putting so much time into it, and I felt misled about the job's availability and outcome. After that, they stopped communicating, except for a couple of vague messages before I was completely ghosted without any real ending. I was bummed, especially since I was so invested and really wanted to join.
