There were several rounds, but each one felt meaningful, helping me understand the company's culture, its guiding principles, and the specifics of the project. The technical interview was particularly engaging, structured as a conversation. I found this approach effective for gaining deeper insights into a candidate and, from my perspective, understanding project details and expectations.

The interview process consisted of four rounds plus a technical task. During each round, I learned more about the company and the position while feeling that I was given a good opportunity to represent myself and the skillset I offer. While the number of interviews and length of the process (5+ weeks start to finish) might seem long or quite involved, I never felt that any of the interviews were unnecessary. I met multiple different people throughout the process from HR, future team members, and even someone from a different department during the company values call.

Behavioral Technical

Two team members asked pretty standard interview questions, and then I did a short simulation of the job duties. They were really nice and offered drinks and food. The interview had two parts, first some background/personality questions, then skills questions, but the skills weren't that relevant in the end.
