The interviews were pleasant. Communication was average. The first round was with HR, which was easy and friendly. They did basic introductions and asked for availability. The second round was with the Hiring Manager; the experience was pleasant, and the first half of the interview focused on your experiences, while the second half was dedicated to your questions, which I'd say is more important than the first half. I didn't hear back for about 2 months until I checked workday, which showed a rejection, but I'd say ghosting is just common nowadays.

So I started with a recruiter call. It was supposed to happen, but they missed the original time. I emailed them and we rescheduled, and the call went well. Then, the next week, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager, virtually on camera, which was also good. After that, they asked me to come in for an in-person presentation to the Learning team. I gave them my availability and asked some questions beforehand, which they answered. We confirmed I'd come in and my availability again. But then they went silent for three weeks, even after I asked for an update. They finally got back asking for new availability, which I sent. No reply. So, three weeks after that, I emailed to withdraw my application. Still no response. Even though the actual interviews were fine, the whole experience was bad because they were so unresponsive.

I had a screening call with the recruiter, then a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, I did an in-person interview with several team members, including the hiring manager. The initial stages felt good and communication was consistent. However, the in-person part felt strange, and I sensed something was off even before it began. The hiring manager didn't interview me, and a senior leader who was supposed to be there didn't show up. It seems like they might not have hired anyone for the role. The process started well but ended unusually, and I would have preferred more direct and honest updates about the job's status.

The interview process was really chill and straightforward. They created a relaxed atmosphere and asked questions directly related to the role. It's important to be super familiar with your resume and to connect your past experiences to the job description. They also put a lot of emphasis on your personality and whether it aligns with their company culture.
