They want to see if I can get complex solutions from a sales perspective. Lots of questions about sales styles and if I've sold SAAS products before. Need to show I understand the sales cycle.

There was just one interview before they extended an offer. I was surprised by how fast they moved after our short chat. It made me think that this role might have a lot of turnover.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I applied online, and about a week later, a recruiter reached out for a phone call. After speaking with the recruiter, I had a phone call with the regional manager. The next step was an in-person interview with the same regional manager. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks. The in-person part involved a role-playing exercise where I had to 'sell myself' and also a case study. For the case study, I had to use their website to answer some questions. The goal wasn't just to see if I could navigate the site, but also to check if I could close the deal. That's where I stumbled; I got too caught up in finding the right answers and forgot I was interviewing for a sales role, so I didn't attempt to close the imaginary client. Definitely a mistake to avoid! Otherwise, it was a solid experience, and everyone was very professional.
