Applied via the university program and had my first technical interview about a week later. It covered basic LeetCode problems, and I was asked about time complexity and potential modifications. The interviewer was friendly.

The HR was late for the first screening. Then, there was a 30-minute interview with a manager that included a resume overview. After that, a 30-minute technical interview in LeetCode style was conducted. Finally, there was a 30-minute final interview with another manager, which was more technical than the first one. A week later, HR called to ask about another interview with a manager similar to the last one. A week after that, I emailed HR for a status update but received no response. Later, I got automated rejections from the Workday website.
