So, we had 3 rounds, but actually 4 stages. First was a quick chat about my past jobs and some logic puzzles. Then came the second round, which was all technical - covering Automation Testing, programming, manual testing, and API testing. After that, I had a meeting with the Director, which basically meant I passed the first two stages. The final step was the HR round, where we talked about salary.

The interview process involved 3 rounds. It started with a typing test and a technical round, followed by a group discussion and then a manager round. The environment is good, and people are friendly. There was also an HR round to discuss the salary package, and the HR person had a very friendly nature. Colleagues are also friendly, but sometimes there's orientation.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process felt like a waste of time due to dishonesty. Started with an HR screening call which seemed okay, but HR misrepresented why the Irvine office was closed. The second meeting with a senior person was fine. The third round involved two managers, contrary to what HR said. One was young, nervous, and asked shallow, tech-focused questions, appearing disinterested and stressed. The other, more experienced manager, revealed the truth about the Irvine office closure, contradicting HR's earlier statement. This older manager also mentioned prioritizing employee happiness, which contrasted sharply with the younger manager's obvious discomfort. The fact that the same job title reappeared on the careers site just before a follow-up call with HR was strange, and HR sounded nervous on the phone, delaying the decision by a week. I later found out my position was reposted, which likely explained HR's nervousness, as she probably anticipated questions about the deception. HR then ignored my calls and emails the following week, eventually responding by email with a false reason for rejection, claiming the position was filled, even though it had been reposted again. They suggested I check the careers page for other roles, but the same position was still up. My attempts to get feedback from the interviewers were ignored. The company's internal practices and the evident fear and nervousness of the younger manager suggest shady dealings with candidates, which aligns with their office closures.

The interview process was smooth. First, there was a technical round, followed by a second technical round that delved into in-depth knowledge about experience working on projects and with different clients. After being selected, the final round was an HR discussion. I cleared all three rounds for the .NET developer position in Bhubaneswar, India. It's been 3 months since then with no response from HR. I've emailed them a couple of times regarding salary discussions, which the HR stated would happen within a couple of days after the final round. It's amazing what company policies allow for such delays. Hope for more transparency in the future.
