Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Black Knight.
IT Business Analyst
So first I had a phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes. Then about a week later, they set up an in-person interview, which took a day to set up. After that, the hiring manager called and said he had two candidates and was going to get a second position for the other candidate. But he couldn't get the second position and instead referred me to another manager. I then had a second phone interview with this other manager and then got hired.
- How would you go about trying to get specific requirements?
Business Systems Analyst
I had two interviews. The first one was a phone call. The second interview was a panel interview where I met with the potential manager, some of my future co-workers, and managers from two other divisions that this role would work with. Everyone on the panel got a chance to ask me questions. A couple of them asked questions like 'how would you handle...'.
- Can you share an example of your experience with a Loan Origination System (LOS) as an analyst?
- How would you approach a given situation?
Business Analyst Intern
The interview process felt really nice and relaxed. It was my first interview ever, and it was so comfortable that I could easily get my thoughts, questions, and answers out. The office space is quite large, even bigger than I expected. The company is growing, and they're actually running out of space.
- In the near future, what are your life goals?
