Intern
If your resume looks good, the first step is a phone interview. You might talk to anyone from any part of the company, not necessarily someone who would be your direct manager. After that, if you make it through, an internship manager from a specific department that needs an intern will interview you.
- Tell me about your hobbies and interests.
- What motivates you?
- Can you share some examples of projects you're working on?
Intern
The interview was a 30-minute phone call since we couldn't meet in person due to COVID. I followed up with an email after not hearing back, but I never got a response.
- Tell me about a situation where you had a disagreement with teammates while working in a group.
Intern
So I applied online for the Jacksonville internship. Then I got a call for a phone screen with HR, they just wanted to know my goals and what I was looking for in an internship. After that, if they thought I was a good fit, I had a call or in-person interview with the hiring manager, depending on if I was local. The manager interview was pretty basic, just straightforward questions.
- What are your best friend's opinions of you?
