First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Black Knight.
Project Manager
It was a group interview with other managers. They asked about my background, why I wanted to join, and what I'd done to get ready. We talked about what the job entails, what upper management expects, the hours, how to coordinate the team, and the benefits.
- Could you share some information about your background?
- What drives your interest in joining our team?
- What specific skills do you possess that would be valuable in this role?
Project Manager
I had one phone chat with a recruiter. She asked me 3 questions and I stopped talking because I felt insulted. I don't know if this was a recruiter from Black Knight following their rules, someone acting on their own, or a scammer.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Could you send over your references via email?
- What is your social security number?
Project Manager
I was first contacted by LPS HR. After several chats with them, I set up an interview with RealEC. It was a pretty casual interview process. I only met with the hiring manager and the interview lasted for about an hour. The whole hiring thing took about 3 to 4 months.
