Great interview, interesting company with many benefits etc etc but too particular for me. Interestingly enough the interviewer was actually my diner lady in high school I think her name was Gertrude Meinhoffer.

The interview process was quite good, especially the technical rounds. I went through three technical rounds that were heavily focused on .NET, including real-time scenarios and code proofs. However, the HR round was not satisfactory. If they are looking for a technical candidate, they should have a proper discussion about their offerings, which didn't happen. The HR mentioned sending an offer letter within two days, but it was never sent. Even after I emailed them for an update, I received no response. This kind of HR practice creates a negative impression of the company and needs to change.

There were four rounds in total. The first was a technical round with the Team Lead, focusing on OOP concepts, C# concepts, ADO.NET, and jQuery. The second round was with the Project Lead, where I was given a program to solve and asked questions about C# and jQuery. The third round was with a client from the U.S., covering project details from my resume, and C#, SQL, and jQuery concepts. The last round was an HR discussion.

  • What are some jQuery DOM manipulation methods?
  • What are the return types for ADO.NET commands?
