This company's interview process was a mess. It took over a month and involved four interviews. The recruiter was terrible, constantly ghosting me and canceling interviews last minute. I had to chase them for any updates. Super unprofessional and disorganized. The online reviews are spot on, I had the same experience. Seriously, avoid this place.

It started with a good chat with the recruiter to make sure I was a fit. Then I spoke with two Hiring Executives, followed by a Peer, and finally the Hiring Senior Exec. There was also a work sample to do where I got to decide what to show.

So first there was this multiple-choice test where you had to tell which AI answer was better according to some criteria. If you wanna prep, check out Outlier tasks, it's pretty much the same. Then, you had to do this proctored written thing. You pick a topic you know, and then you gotta answer it like a good AI would in 60 mins, and you need to cite your sources. Lastly, there was an interview, but I can't really share details on that.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process felt long but moved super fast. In total there were 5 interviews, and one included a recorded presentation. The recruiter was really on top of things, giving feedback and next steps within a day, which was helpful and reassuring. She was also great at answering my questions about things outside the interview itself. Honestly, it was the quickest interview process I've experienced, despite the number of steps and the effort involved.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Given that the event industry frequently presents escalations for CSMs, what is your approach to managing urgent requests? Can you share an instance where you dealt with an escalation and describe the results?
