The interviewers asked some great questions, and I got a good vibe about the company culture. They were very straightforward throughout the process, which was really smooth and had great communication.

The interview kicked off with a phone call, which I'd call a screener. They check if your values and work ethic align with the company's vision. If they do, you move to a video interview with the department head. This one's thorough, with lots of questions to gauge your fit. I was supposed to have another video interview, but due to a time-sensitive decision I had to make, my process was sped up and I had an in-person interview instead. This last interview was quite long, about 2.5 hours, and I spoke with around 5 people, including a co-founder. They really dug deep, testing various scenarios and your overall company fit.

I went through three interviews for this job. They offered me the position, but then rescinded it because I couldn't immediately relocate to New York for training, even though we had agreed on a training date. I had already resigned from my previous job and was worried about not having any income. It felt very unprofessional on their part. They wanted to discuss their decision further, but I declined because of how they handled the offer and process; I felt their integrity was questionable and I was concerned about job stability.
