Customer Success Manager
the process was very straight forward, I think im above the age bracket they are looking for.. they seem to want young fresh out of college workers that they can work for less pay.
- Are you experienced in the fashion industry?
- Have you been involved in event planning or execution?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was clear and straightforward, and it included a presentation where I had to deliver a quarterly business review to a client. I wasn't a fan of the wide salary range they provided, which made it hard to figure out the base salary and OTE. Don't just accept their initial offer; try to negotiate even a small amount more. Everyone I met was really friendly, and the interviews felt relaxed and natural. At times, it seemed almost too easy, but they did make me demonstrate my skills in managing conversations and client relationships. It felt like they really needed to fill the role with someone qualified. I'll add more details later, and I won't be providing a review until at least 6 months, possibly a year.
- What's your strategy for handling a situation where you don't have the necessary information during a meeting with an executive?
- How would you approach communicating with a group that appears unfamiliar with the topic, like if someone is filling in for the usual product contact?
- Describe how you would convey bad news to a client.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was all over the place and did not create a great candidate experience. I wasn't overly excited by the opportunity or growth potential of the company as it seemed to be haphazard in the interview process, which I viewed as indicative of the standard/quality of work as an employee. They seemed to go back and forth with rejections and next stages, and didn't seem to know who or what they were wanting from a candidate in this role. It was a waste of time and seemed like the teams really wanted someone to come in and comply with their way of working rather than bring fresh eyes and new methods to the table in order to make things better. Advice would be to be very careful.
- What's your approach to getting to know a customer and growing their business?
