I had an initial phone call with HR, very brief, just to see if I was interested in scheduling an introductory meeting. This meeting happened shortly after via Teams with the Product Marketing Manager. Finally, I had a last in-person interview with the Business Unit Manager and HR. About a week later, I received the offer.

The interview process involved a phone screen followed by an onsite interview. The formats included coding, debugging, and behavioral questions. They focused on leadership principles, past projects, difficult situations, interesting problems solved, dealing with difficult co-workers, conflict resolution, and how to get your voice heard.

So I had 2 interviews. First, I talked to HR, who was the first point of contact. It was a pretty chill chat where they asked some general stuff about my background. Then I had another interview with the QA Specialist who handles quality over in Australia. This one was a bit more technical, focusing on what the day-to-day tasks are like and how I'd handle any issues that come up.

The interview process had 2 stages. First, a Teams call with managers, followed by an onsite with senior management. The initial part of the process was quick, with a short time between the first and second interview. However, I was completely ghosted after the second interview. I mean, I figured out I didn't get the role after a week or two, but we're all seemingly adults here. It would be decent to reach out and let candidates know. I wouldn't be in a hurry to apply with the company again or recommend others to do so.
