The process was quite easy. It was handled by a third party. It was very nice and formal. The interview took place on Microsoft Teams and was very punctual. It was an okay interview overall.

Project Engineer
There are three steps to this hiring process. First, the Bausch & Lomb HR business partner will call you for a screening. Then, you'll meet with HR and the Hiring Manager at the office in Waterford, Ireland. Finally, you'll meet with HR and the Engineering Director at the office in Waterford, Ireland. After stage 3 is done, the HR business partner will call you with an offer.

Engineer
The interview process used the STAR method, asking for a problem and then the answer. It was a straightforward 2-stage process with the hiring manager and the director of engineering, conducted onsite in Waterford. The entire interview process was completed within approximately 3 weeks.
