Four interviews in total, took two weeks. It was a good experience overall. The interviews used the standard STAR format and answers, focusing on 'tell me about a time when…' questions. I spoke with a recruiter, the manager, a colleague, and the DM.

I applied for the job through my school's career site and got contacted right away for a phone screen. They told me after the phone screen they would review everyone and pick the best candidates to go to their HQ in Rochester, NY. A few weeks later, I got invited to Rochester for a quick chat with HR, and then I had one-on-one interviews with the Vision Care Sales Manager and the Vision Care VP. Both went well. The following week, they let me know I didn't get the job. Even though it's an entry-level role, they seem to want people with recent sales experience. It was a good experience overall, and I'll try again in a couple of years once I have more experience.

I had 4 interviews but haven't heard anything back. I sent a follow up email after my thank you and still nothing. Very disappointed, would have been helpful to at least get an email with feedback on why I wasn't chosen.
