The process is pretty standard for the market. It started with an HR interview, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally an interview with a related director. After everything was done, the offer was announced over the phone.

I had a phone chat with HR, then a pretty long in-person interview that lasted about three hours. It was with three different people, all in the same room, back-to-back. It was nice, but really long, and I didn't even get a break to stand up or anything. They said I'd get an offer that week, but it never came. I followed up, and they got back to me weeks later saying I didn't get the job.

I applied online and quickly got invited to a phone interview with a recruiter. The interview happened soon after applying. After the phone interview, the recruiter gives feedback to the hiring manager, and then a personal interview happens or not. I got feedback relatively quickly (unfortunately a rejection).
