First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bausch + Lomb.
Sales Associate
I applied online and HR got back to me in about two weeks. First, there was a phone screening where they told me more about the job and we talked about my resume. Right after that, they emailed me to set up a Skype interview for the next week. I didn't feel great about the Skype interview, but they still emailed me afterwards to schedule an in-person interview. They flew me out to NJ for the in-person part, which had 4 rounds with different people. Each round had a different focus: sales experience, job benefits, my resume again, and behavioral questions. I thought the interviews at HQ went well, but they emailed me a week later to say I didn't get the job.
- What did you do to get ready for this interview?
- Can you tell me about a situation where you had to solve a problem?
- How do your friends see you?
Sales Associate
Be yourself. Focus on your professional behavior. Don't fake. Be truthful. Highlight your achievements and best performances. Bausch and Lomb people are a bunch of good people who understand people and identify and value their skills and knowledge. The work culture of any company comes with the kind of people it recruits, and so far we all have been lucky enough to gather a group of good-natured and skillful people. I recommend Bausch and Lomb to a person who is skilled and looks forward to working in a best company which does what it says.

I had a panel interview with the 3 managers of the sales associate program. It was very comfortable. We discussed my past experience and what I wanted out of a job and where I wanted to go in the future. Basic interview questions
