So, the process is pretty structured. It's like a few steps to see if you're a good fit, skill-wise and vibe-wise. We start with intros, talk about the company and the role, then we'll do some Q&A, which includes behavioral and situational stuff, and finally, we'll wrap up with what happens next. Basically, we're checking if it's a good match for both of us.

We had an HR round about your past experience, then a technical round about work knowledge, previous experience on company, what you are good at, strength and weakness, relocation, why required job, minimum notice period, and experience on job.

The initial screening involves assessing your familiarity with the company, which feels a bit old-fashioned. Following that, an assessment interview requires tackling a case study: developing an app for a ski resort. They deliberately provide insufficient time to complete all tasks, and then ask standard questions to evaluate the candidate.

This interview is for an Electrical Supervisor role. It involves explaining how a transformer works to assess your understanding of common electrical devices and their operation in a power distribution system. You'll also be asked about DC and AC motors, their differences, and applications, to check your knowledge of electric motor types. The process includes questions on inductive and capacitive loads and their impact on electrical circuit design, evaluating your ability to handle complex circuit components. Additionally, you will be questioned on safety measures for electrical work environments, testing your knowledge of safety procedures and industry regulations. Finally, you'll need to describe how you would perform a failure analysis on a complex electrical system, to gauge your technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
