The people were very attentive, and they explained the needs of the opportunity very well. The process was very well conducted, as was the presentation of benefits and demands, where I had the opportunity to clear up all my doubts, making the process even better.

Behavioral

I had a chat with the hiring manager for mechanical engineering and someone from HR. It was pretty relaxed, mostly talking about what I've done before. Nothing too tough. There was a quick phone call before the in-person meeting. It was alright, but it felt like they were looking for someone to do basic, repetitive tasks for decent pay. I was hoping for more design work, but apparently, that happens at their main office in Europe.
