HR called to set up an in person interview. I sat down with a manager for 30 minutes to run through my background as well as the company’s vision for the year. Came back the next day for an hour long interview to break down the responsibilities and expectations. I sat down with the CEO after to go over everything as a whole.
Nice and comfy meeting, just me and the hiring manager. We mostly chatted to get acquainted rather than talk about job duties, pay, or perks. The next chat will cover more specifics. The receptionist was super friendly too.
The application process was simple but I did play a bit of phone tag with the HR department when they were trying to review my resume. During the first interview, I felt intimidated, but I was called back for a second interview. That was much more interactive and I felt a lot more at ease. Overall, it was a decent interview process, pretty thorough.
