The application process was simple but I did play a bit of phone tag with the HR department when they were trying to review my resume. During the first interview, I felt intimidated, but I was called back for a second interview. That was much more interactive and I felt a lot more at ease. Overall, it was a decent interview process, pretty thorough.
It was a pretty standard interview. They had two rounds. First was a quick one, and the second was a much longer interview with an account manager. I felt like they answered all my questions and the team seemed real and nice.
The interview process was pretty brief, however that is because we were able to get right into it. The CEO made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions. In the second interview an different manager explained my day to day responsibilities in a detailed way. He wanted to make sure I had a good idea of the role an Assistant Manager had within the company. Again the interviewer made me feel pretty comfortable.
