Candidate-reported interview process

Nice and comfy meeting, just me and the hiring manager. We mostly chatted to get acquainted rather than talk about job duties, pay, or perks. The next chat will cover more specifics. The receptionist was super friendly too.

I talked with one of their top account managers for about 25 minutes. They were really polite and professional and took the time to get to know me.

It was intimidating at first because the waiting room was packed with people coming in for their second interviews. Interviews were short. When it was my turn, it was okay until I asked about the position details and why they were getting bad reviews about doing door-to-door sales. Instead of explaining, they got an attitude, but otherwise, they all seemed close and happy to be there.
