Right after they called me to confirm I was still coming, I got to the office and had to fill out some paperwork. After a wait, I met with the CEO who talked a lot about himself and the business, asking if I wanted to join. He didn't seem interested when I tried to share details about myself. I got a bad vibe from the office and people, so I wouldn't have accepted another interview even if offered.
There were three interview rounds total. It felt a little intimidating because it seemed like a lot of candidates were interviewing at the same time, but I managed to get through all three. The people were nice, and the interview process was pretty standard with typical questions. Overall, I'd say the company has great people skills, it's a professional place to work, and the marketing role is definitely competitive.
I called an HR person before arriving, and they were really helpful in guiding me. Once inside, the office seemed clean and professional. The interviewer was very friendly and gave me a thorough overview of the company's operations.
