Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a brief, half-hour initial meeting where the interviewer discussed BAP's client list and general job duties, then focused on getting to know me. The second interview was more extensive, covering a lot of information in a helpful and non-intimidating way. The final interview was with the CEO, which I appreciated as it showed his involvement in hiring and created a welcoming, positive atmosphere.

The interview process with BAP went pretty smooth. I got a call from the HR rep and was asked to come in and sit down with a member of the hiring team. The first interview was shorter, just a basic overview of the marketing role, the clients, and the different pay structures that are offered. The second interview was with a marketing manager, this interview was a longer interview, he gave me all of the details of the position including what he liked and disliked which I thought was cool. I was impressed with the professionalism portrayed by the hiring team at BAP.

I had a phone chat with HR first, which was quick and covered my background and future goals. We discussed the Marketing Coordinator job details, and I scheduled my next interview with the CEO for the next day. I got a little turned around on the way to the office, but the receptionist was super helpful getting me sorted. The office itself looked great, and everyone I met was really friendly, shaking my hand and introducing themselves. The one-on-one with the CEO was cool; we chatted about sports and it didn't feel like a harsh interrogation. It was a really positive and professional vibe overall. I was happy to get a job offer at the end.
