Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty chill and laid-back. I had two interviews, each about an hour long. The first was behavioral, which also included a 10-minute presentation. The second was technical, with questions that were pretty open-ended and related to the field. After that, we did a short group activity with two other people.

This was a really interesting role and the people were super friendly, but it involved a long and rigorous process with multiple interview stages, paperwork, and security checks before they made a final decision.

The assessment centre had a presentation, a group exercise and a technical interview. The technical interview focused on nuclear safety procedures and I was asked to describe acronyms like ALARP.
