You gotta fill out the application form first. If you meet the requirements, they'll send you an online assessment (Spotted Zebra). It's a bit weird though, they don't tell you how long you have to complete it. Mine expired in like less than 2 days, so I didn't even get a chance to do it.
So after applying I got told for the interview, which was over Teams, that I would have to present for 10 minutes what I could bring to the team. This was then followed with some technical questions related to the role, which were tough, but a good indicator of whether you will be interested and capable in the role. The interview was challenging but very rewarding and enjoyable - the interviewers were down to earth and very pleasant.
I had a formal interview with some senior people. I also had to make and give a presentation about what I could do for the company. The people were nice, and I felt good about the whole process and the chats I had.
