Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process started with a phone screen, and then I had a full-day assessment centre. It involved group activities, technical problems, and individual chats to see how I work with others, solve problems, and communicate.

I need to add some more text. The interview process was smooth. They asked the expected questions. Everyone was really friendly and it seems like a very nice company. Really good instructions ahead of interview and guidance about what to expect.

It was a good in-person interview with interesting people. It happened at the scheduled time and place, starting punctually and not running late. The interviewers made a good impression and seemed interested in me.
