It was pretty straightforward, the test and assessment centre were quite simple and didn't pose much of a challenge. First, I took an online maths test, and then there was an assessment centre which had two different parts.
This grad scheme interview process felt more personal than others. They asked about my most significant piece of work or learning so far, like a dissertation or a big group project. There was also a clearance interview, which was quite personal but nothing to worry about.
First, they screened my CV with my cover letter and application questions. Then there was an assessment centre, which had a behavioural interview and a technical interview. There was also a group presentation part where we teamed up and were asked to work together and give a short presentation on a wider question.
