It started with an HR screening to go over what they expect from the role, how the team is set up, and their plans for growing this new position. After you pass the HR chat, you then meet with the VP in charge of social influencer and brand marketing, instead of talking to the hiring manager next.
I went in for an interview at the store and spoke with the store manager. They asked me about my past experiences and some behavioral questions. The store manager also talked about their own career journey in retail. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.
It was a good experience, we had a nice discussion and are looking for good responses from the candidate. The interviewers were good, but we need to prepare accordingly.
