Candidate-reported interview process
The entire interview process consisted of 4 stages. First, a phone call, then a 2-hour take-home exam, followed by a 3-hour video panel with 5 people, and a final video call. HR was really responsive during the whole thing.
I talked to 4 people at AWAY, the interviews were basic and the process was pretty standard. I got an offer over the phone and accepted. I was told I had one more person to talk to, but that the offer was already secured. I was told 'you can relax this weekend the job is yours!'. I did interview with that person and followed up with HR, but never heard back. While I don't mind that they changed their mind, I wish they had let me know. Left pretty disappointed with AWAY.
So basically there were 4 rounds total. One of them was a take home test. The first round was a phone call and then the next two were on zoom.
