Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and then got a call a month later.

This hiring process is pretty straightforward. If you seem presentable, easy-going, and capable of selling (or willing to learn), you'll likely get the job. The whole thing can take about two weeks because they need to conduct a background check and you'll need to obtain a sales license, but it's generally simple.

You'll need to show you're reliable, can stick to a process, and aren't scared to talk to customers. We also want to see you're focused on growing. Dress professionally, be confident. Remember, lots of successful people in car sales started right here as an associate, even with no prior sales experience.
