Candidate-reported interview process

I had a recruiter call first, then a phone screen, and then a technical screen.

First, they look at your resume. Then, an IT recruiter calls you to offer the position. After that, there's a conversational chat, followed by a technical interview. The technical questions won't be super difficult.

The interview included a coding test and some questions about Java and backend development. I spoke with the hiring manager and some other technical team members.
