Candidate-reported interview process

I walked in and asked for a job. I talked to a sales manager on Friday. Monday, I called and set up meetings with the rest of management and the GM that same afternoon. After that, I had to do a background check, MVR screen, and a drug test (no thc). That whole thing wrapped up by Friday, and everything was clear by the next business day. I start Monday. Pretty happy with how it all went down.

The interview process is very straightforward and simple. You'll find out if they want to hire you pretty much the same day. They are very courteous, but you'll be interviewing with a hiring team, not someone from the store you'd be working at.

I applied on the website and heard back in about a week. Then it took another week to get an interview scheduled. The interview itself was pretty chill, like a casual chat about my background and the interviewers' experiences.
