Candidate-reported interview process

the interview process is very insightful. There are a number of people that interview you but that are all on the same page when it comes to the questions that are asked.

I was expecting a finance role, but that's not what I got. They said the location would be a car 'superstore' in 60 days. I guess it's on me for not checking more, but that spot is probably one of the best in Phoenix. No finance happened.

First, I had an interview with the Finance director. Then, a few days later, I had a follow-up interview with the Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. They asked some easy, general questions. You need to be ready to present their menu and try to sell them all the back-end products. The goal is to present all the products as a package and sell them together.
