Candidate-reported interview process

They asked about my work history, why I think I can do the job, and if I use drugs.

It was a typical job interview focused on sales. The managers were nice, but be prepared for really long work hours. Think about your options before you decide.

I first met with my employee referral, who is a sales manager. We connected over our previous experience in the industry. Next, I spoke with another sales manager who had been promoted a few months earlier, and we discussed the work ethic required for success. Finally, I met with the general manager of the dealership. We reviewed what I had discussed with the other managers and they outlined the requirements for me to work at their location.
