After a brief phone screening, the interview process involved a large group session followed by a smaller group discussion with the actual team. The group interview portion was structured with standard questions first, then a collaborative session.
It was over zoom, super friendly vibe, they did a great job selling the company and asked relevant questions. There were about 3-4 people interviewing me, and they each took turns asking about my background, interests, and passions.
It took some time to get a callback, and I noticed the company prefers to hire internally. Once I was contacted for an in-person interview, the supervisor was great and personable. The interview felt more like a conversation, which I enjoyed.
