Candidate-reported interview process

It was challenging and used STAR method approaches. This let me describe in detail and allowed my employer to see my personality traits. It was vital to describe and not be too wordy.

This interview wasn't bad, honestly. It was over the phone mainly, but I was in the middle of my preceptorship. So I think that helped me a lot verses apply into a position where you haven't already met the faculty members. I was offered the job at the end of the phone call and accepted.

I applied online, then a recruiter reached out via email to schedule a virtual interview that happened within a week.
