It was a two-hour test, followed by some feedback on how I did, and then a brief chat with the line manager and an HR rep. This was the first round, and there's another panel interview for the second stage.
First comes a test that has four parts: writing a 250-word news story from provided info, a 12-minute math test with 12 questions (rule of three practice!), a logic test about assessing commodity prices, and explaining how you'd research and write a news story about an incident. If you pass the test, you'll have your first of two interviews with workers. It's pretty casual, so make sure you ask enough questions about how the company operates. If you pass this interview, you'll then have a second interview with management.
It took about a month from when I applied until I heard back. They emailed to set up a phone interview that was pretty brief, and they asked basic questions to get a feel for the applicant.
