Candidate-reported interview process

There was a basic numerical test, and an essay question that tested reporting and analyzing skills. Then there was an interview with the manager, followed by two more stages. The numerical test didn't need any prep. I'd say candidates should prep their reporting and reading skills. Also, it helps to know how to solve problems efficiently. The gas station question tested simplifying the problem and logically coming to the answer. The actual number isn't important, it's the logical reasoning they look at.

They had me write a 200-word article about some news pieces in 45 minutes. There was also a really easy numerical test and then some interviews. I didn't get to the next stage, which was supposed to be another interview. The company felt kind of down, and the workers generally seemed unhappy. Not sure how good their consulting business actually is...

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with an easy math test where no calculator was allowed, covering basic percentages and fractions. Then, there was a written report, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. They asked questions about my background and also behavioral questions like 'How do you lead?' and 'A time you failed.'
