I was asked why I wanted to work at Argus. I talked about my interest in commodities and working at a PRA. I had a few follow-up questions and that was pretty much it.
I was emailing with a representative about the internship, and then had a teams call. The lady seemed to have a bad migraine, and I offered to reschedule, but she said it was fine. She was clearly not feeling well during the call, bent over and rubbing her temples. It was awkward, and I felt like I didn't get much time to speak. They got back to me two months later saying they chose another candidate. I felt like I had a disadvantage because she could barely hear me. Next time, don't take an interview if you're sick. Disappointed in the company's hiring process.
It was a long process, spread out over a few months, with four rounds involving team members. They asked some technical questions, but it was mostly behavioral. I felt it was a fair interview process; they didn't ask for crazy tests or long, prep-heavy presentations.
