So, I had an initial chat with HR, then a call with a Product Manager and a Technical Specialist, and finally, I talked to the Team Lead. Everyone was really nice and professional. They asked me about my past work, the projects I'm most happy with, and how I usually communicate with my team. Also, why I wanted to join Argus. The technical part had some SQL and Python questions, pretty basic stuff about how to use them for work.
The interview process involves: 1) an initial interview with the HR manager; 2) solving a case study; 3) a live test in R and a final interview. The selection process is quick and well-structured.
There was an assessment part first, then about four interviews. The assessments didn't seem to matter much, as long as the interviews went well. I didn't get any feedback on it. The process felt longer than it needed to be, which was weird since the recruiters said I was 'fast-tracked.' I was also surprised the salary wasn't negotiable, even though I know people who have negotiated before. It wasn't a good fit for me, mainly because of the salary situation.
