Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process was quite thorough. I spoke with two different hiring managers. They were both very nice and professional, and I heard back from them the same day.

This was an extremely tedious process, with tons of paperwork. Much of it involved submitting the same information multiple times. What was completed online was repeated on paper, which was frustrating given their claims of being technologically advanced. They present themselves as being on the cutting edge of technology, yet they use paper applications that are copies of copies.

The recruiter was great, she made me feel relaxed and like I could be myself. She understood my abilities and talents and I felt she could find me a good match for my strengths and skills. It was the best interview I've ever had.
