Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process was quite thorough. I spoke with two different hiring managers. They were both very nice and professional, and I heard back from them the same day.

So there's 3 steps to this. First, you talk to the branch manager. If they think you're a good fit, then you go on to meet the Regional Manager. If that goes well, you'll interview with the VP. You might also get a chance to chat with the team you'd be working with, which could be a panel interview or just one-on-one.

The hiring and interview process for this role felt a bit unorganized, which in hindsight was a good sign of how the company operated. It seemed like no one was really ready for me or for the interview itself. The questions asked were pretty basic and standard.
