Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 2 step interview process, first one was with the Area Manager and then the second one was with the regional manager. Standard interview questions regarding employment history and sales ability.

There were three in-person interviews. I first met with someone from the branch, then the RVP, and finally the branch I would be working for. Each meeting lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. They really take the time to make sure it will be the right culture fit.

First, you submit your resume after seeing the job posting on a job board. If qualified, a recruiter or other employee will reach out. Then there's a phone interview. If that goes well, you'll come in for a face-to-face interview with two or more people. I had two face-to-face interviews after the phone screen: one with a single person and then a second with both the Branch and Assistant Branch managers. The whole process was really nice and the people were very welcoming. They also got back to me quickly with decisions and answers.
