AppleOne Recruiter interviews, decoded.

This was an extremely tedious process, with tons of paperwork. Much of it involved submitting the same information multiple times. What was completed online was repeated on paper, which was frustrating given their claims of being technologically advanced. They present themselves as being on the cutting edge of technology, yet they use paper applications that are copies of copies.

I was interviewed in a local restaurant, not the office, which wasn't ideal because other customers could overhear. It was not a comfortable setting for a proper interview discussion.

Initially interviewed for temp admin assistant roles, but the conversation shifted to staffing. A subsequent interview with the branch manager took place a few days later, after which an offer was extended.
