So I went through this interview process with Apixio, it was 3 rounds. It started with HR, then the hiring manager, and then a senior engineer. I was getting good vibes and thought I might get an offer. But then... nothing. They never got back to me, and then I saw the job posting again with some changes. It was rough because I didn't even know Apixio before they reached out. I've been laid off for a year and am in a bridge job just to get by, so an offer would have meant a lot. It was disappointing not to hear anything back, even a simple rejection.
I first spoke with someone from talent acquisition, and then had a zoom call interview with a couple of the department managers. It was pretty standard. I did a little intro about myself, they asked me some questions, and then I got to ask them some questions I had about the job.
So first I spoke with the recruiter, then there was a technical screen for SQL and Python, followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager and a senior analyst where they asked behavioral questions. Finally, I had to complete a take-home test.
