Apixio Customer Success Manager interviews, decoded.

This was a 3-round interview process, and I felt super prepared thanks to prep calls from the Talent Acquisition team at Apixio. The first interview was a standard HR screening where we went over my resume. The second and third interview rounds dug into specific industry experiences, cultural fit, and critical thinking skills. They wanted to see how my "project management" brain worked. The Talent Acquisition Team kept in touch often during the process, guiding me on what to highlight in my resume and job history as we moved along. They really went above and beyond just asking 'tell me about yourself.'

The interview process was really smooth and I felt well-prepared for success by both the recruiting team and the team I was interviewing with. For example, Celine gave me a heads-up call before my team interviews to let me know what to anticipate and the kinds of questions that would be asked in each interview. My interviewers asked very insightful questions, and they provided clear and thorough answers to all of my questions. It was obvious right away how much the team members enjoyed working at Apixio. All in all, I felt like the recruiting team and the interviewing team really wanted me to join Apixio. The whole interview experience was quite enjoyable and useful.

The interview process was pretty structured. It started with a recruiter call, then a phone screen with the hiring manager. That was mostly behavioral questions, and it felt pretty relaxed. Next, I had to meet with three people: the director, the COO, and a peer. They were all really nice and helpful. The COO gave me a case study question, which was pretty interesting to work through with her. Everyone was super friendly. After that, I had one more chat with the hiring manager before they made an offer. The recruiter checked in after every interview to see if I was still interested. The whole thing took about 4 weeks.
